Alfred is the driving force of Key Construction Services, LLC, and manages over all business operations of the company. Mr. Torreggiani has extensive experience in all fields of construction and small business management. Beginning at an early age, Alfred expressed interest in the trades. Instead of attending a traditional seconday school, Alfred opted for Saunders Trade and Technical School, where he explored the construction and engineering fields. After high school, he joined the United States Army Corps of Engineers. After serving in the military, found work as project manager and estimator for Merritt-Meridian Construction. In the mid 1990s, Alfred decided to become a self-employed contractor and began his own small business. After a few years he joined forces with Glomar Construction, creating Key Interior. In 2005, Alfred became the sole proprietor of the newly formed Key Interiors, LLC. In 2013, Mr. Torreggiani changed the company's name to Key Construction Services, LLC to reflect the full spectrum of capabilties the company offers. His vision for the company is a one-stop construction service that provides exceptional building with local tradesmen and labor.
Tony is the company's chief estimator and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry serving as both an estimator and project manager. Mr. Muccari holds a bachelor of science in construction management from Utica College of Syracuse University. He has worked on projects in the commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors ranging is size from $50,000 to $20 million dollars for the past ten years. Tony has experience from conceptual design development budgets to hard bid projects including schools, medical facilities, commercial spaces, industrial facilities, and government institutions.
Joseph has been working in the construction industry for over 35 years and is well experienced in all phases of construction. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and field coordinating. Mr. Manfredi has completed a multitude of projects including police facilities, EMS facilities, fire training facilities, firehouses, churches, public schools, colleges, medical offices, and federal, state, and county municipalities. He has an extensive client list and has built projects for high profile companies like IBM, AT&T, and BMW.
Jim is a Project Manager/Estimator with 30+ years experience covering Estimating and Project Management for General Construction including Civil, Structural and Architectural in both the Public and Private sector including Design Build Projects with both conventional and pre-engineered systems. Graduated 1972 Connelly Technical, Pittsburgh, Pa. Skills experience and training include Timberline Estimating, Earthworks Estimating, Primivara-Suretrack CPM Project and Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Professional, Butler Estimating System. Some of the types of projects estimated and managed include College and School facilities, Airport Maintenance Facilities, Road and Bridge construction, MTA Train Station, CHGE Substations, Pump Stations, Pre Engineered Systems Projects up to 160' clear span, ect.
JoAnn is currently the diligent office manager here at Key. She has been a part of the growth of this company from the very beginning and is therefore exceptionally informed and invested. Being a graduate of Krissler Business Institute in Poughkeepsie, JoAnn plays the vital role of managing all administrative responsibilities.
Mr. Germano has worked in the construction industry on and off his entire life. After graduating from college, he joined the Local 19 Union of Carpentry and worked as an apprentice for approximately fours years. After gaining valuable experience in the field, Abram has taken on the role of project manager and estimator, where he has continued to demonstrate his value to the company. He has experience managing and estimating construction of healthcare facilities, commercial drywall projects, educational building, and various specialty projects.
